Join or Renew Your ECMS Membership

For Current Members renewing:

Renewing Your ECMS Membership

Already a member of the Escambia and Santa Rosa County Medical Society? Please do not fill out the new member application. Your membership record is already on file, so you can renew in a few minutes by logging in to your account.

Step 1: Log in. Click Log in at the top of the ECMS website. Enter the email address you use for ECMS and your password.

Don't know your password, or have never logged in? Click Forgot password on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll get an email with a link to set a new password.

Step 2: Go to your profile. Once you're logged in, click your name or View profile at the top of the page.

Step 3: Open Invoices and Payments. In your profile, click Invoices and payments. Your renewal invoice will be listed there as an open (unpaid) invoice.

Step 4: Pay your open invoice. Select the open invoice and pay online with a credit card. You'll receive an email confirmation and receipt, and your membership will be renewed.

Don't see an open invoice? Your renewal invoice appears once your membership enters its renewal period. If you think you should have one and don't, or if anything looks off, please reach out.

Becoming a Member is Easy:

1. Complete the ECMS Application: Begin your journey with us by filling out our application form.
2. Submit Your Photo: For inclusion in the ECMS Printed Directory, please email us a professional photo.
3. Pay Your Membership Dues: Membership activation is contingent upon receipt of dues, which can be paid via credit/debit card or check.

Please note: Membership dues can also be paid by check, made payable to ECMS or Escambia County Medical Society.

Membership Rates:

• Active ECMS Member/New Member/Renewal/Rejoin: $375
• Retired Physician: $100 (For those receiving $0 in income)
• Residents and Med Students: FREE
• Active Military: $60 (Payment by check is preferred)
