Go Seniors! Transportation Program – Free transportation vouchers for seniors 60+ to attend medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, and access laboratory services. Every voucher ensures our elderly neighbors never miss the care they need.

Blood Pressure Cuff Program – Validated blood pressure monitors distributed free to patients who need to track their hypertension at home but lack the resources. Early detection saves lives—and prevents costly emergency room visits.

Physician Wellness Program – Resources and support to help physicians thrive professionally and personally. Healthy, supported physicians provide better care for our entire community.

→ $500 – Multiple rides for seniors across our community
