Registration Required: In addition to RSVPing here on ECMS, you must register separately (and for free) at parkrun.us/register. Registration only takes a couple of minutes and you'll receive a confirmation email with your personal barcode - print or save this to your phone as you MUST bring it to get your time recorded!
The Event: Join us for a free, fun, and friendly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, or volunteer - it's up to you! It doesn't matter how fast you go or what you're wearing - what matters is taking part.
First Time? Make sure you've registered and read the course description on the Northplex parkrun website. Don't forget your barcode - no barcode, no time!
